Bad news continues for Son Heung-min’s team, Tottenham.
Tottenham said on its homepage on the 29th (local time), “The Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA) has informed that it will extend the effect of the Italian Football Association (FIGC) punishment to general manager Fabio Paratici to the rest of the world beyond Italy.”
Paratici joined Tottenham in 2021.
On January 20, he was involved in the alleged ‘accounting fraud’ of Juventus, the prestigious Italian professional football Serie A, and was suspended from activity for 2 years and 6 months by FIGC.
During this period, all football-related activities are prohibited. 먹튀검증
While working as the general manager of Juventus from 2018 to 2021, he saw that he was responsible for leading the club’s misconduct.
Among the former and current Juventus leaders involved in this charge, Paratici’s disciplinary level is the highest.
Juventus are accused of deliberately overpricing player transfer fees to balance their accounts.
Former president Andrea Agnelli, who led the golden age of Juventus for 13 years, resigned in disgrace with the rest of the board of directors, including former vice president Pavel Nedned, in November of last year when the issue surfaced.
The FIGC also punished the club separately at the time, deducting Juventus 15 points.
